Ismad London is independent retailer of leather bags and accessories in Brixton, South West London. Using a production process that is entirely free of chemicals, Ismad produce vintage-style leather bags and accessories with a clean, modern feel.

Compared to high street retailers, who tan the leather used in their bags in just one day through the use of harsh chemicals, Ismad take 20 days to tan their leather using only the sun's rays to do so. This commitment to their core values of quality and sustainability is evident throughout their work; from design through to production and to customer care.

The team travel the world extensively in search of the hottest trends and up-and-coming styles, buying samples of what they like and recreating them with an Ismad twist back at the studio. Vintage features heavily; the rustic look and feel of beautiful leather satchel is perfection to them.

Each Ismad collection is made in batches of 30 pieces each time, and while the design and craftsmanship may remain the same, each bag may be different from the next due to differences in the natural leathers.
