You may be subscribed on our legacy subscription software or our current subscription software. Try one at a time. If you are on one of them, there is no need to try the other one (unless you have more than one subscription spread across the two portals).

Our legacy payment system
Log in to your Payer Portal here, enter the email address you signed up with and cancel your subscription plan.

Current payment system
Enter your email address here. If you’re a member via this system, you will receive a code where you can log in and cancel your subscription plan.

Alternatively:

  1. Email us at support@southlondonclub.co.uk

  2. Include your post code and email address you registered with to the South London Club.

  3. We’ll reply confirming your cancellation.

Please submit your cancellation request no later than 3 days before your renewal date to ensure you are not charged.
